Economically responsible business is prerequisite to ethics and liability. Ethically sustainable business is adding to our believability and strengthens the trust between us and our affiliates, customers, partners and our personnel. By taking part in different charity and development projects we constantly better our products and services.

We do not endorse or take responsibility for any content posted by our partners or third parties, a.k.a. user-generated content (UGC). This includes text input and uploaded files, including video, images, audio, executables, and documents. If you find yourself in a situation where Lymed’s business, products or services are being discussed, there are some guidelines we ask all parties to follow to keep it safe for everyone. These guidelines are available from Lymed.
Team Lymed
Lymed respects the rights of every man and all will be treated equally. The responsibility for creating a healthy, inspiring environment is on all of us. Everyone’s opinion must be respected. We trust each other and will not tolerate harassment or discrimination.
In Lymed we are direct, open and constructive in our discussions. Our object is to create a safe, healthy and controlled work environment via constantly developing our working methods. Our goal is to eliminate work related injuries and minimize the risks related to work.
After office hours we encourage our staff to be responsible not only environmentally but healthwise as well.
Each and every one belonging to our Team Lymed is responsible for their own decisions and actions. Our working methods are effective, safe and honest. We all are trustworthy and use Lymed materials and machinery with care and responsibility. Lymed personnel cannot partake in actions that can deteriorate or diminish the trust that is laid upon Lymed and its personnel. We will not benefit personally at the expense of Lymed and its competitive position.
Business
Lymed abides by the law, regulations and other societal norms that are laid upon them. We operate openly and we believe in fair play. We respect agreements and expect our affiliates to do so as well. Customers’ needs, expectations and demands create our products, services and determine the level of our customer service.
Environmental issues are a pivotal part of our daily routines. We follow environmental laws and regulations and we are committed to operate on the principals of environmentally sustainable development. We aim to preserve natural resources by improving effectiveness and preventing pollution.
Our hospitability is always within reason and we do not accept gifts, compensations or other benefits that may be against the law or have an effect on our professionalism. Our marketing and communication is open and truthful.
Environment
Our goal is to be environmentally conscious corporation by taking the nature into consideration in everything we do. With sustainable development as our guide, we are able to be a trustworthy partner to our customers and a comfortable place to work at. All this without compromising our profitability or our need to achieve the best.
Charity project
The products we manufacture are highly durable and we intend to lengthen their life cycle by recycling them. We are in co-operation with Finnish-Tanzanian association called Tanzania Volunteers to provide the local hospitals with our knowhow and materials. With our domestic packages we send a note to raise awareness of the chance to send the product back to us. We forward the product to Tanzania.
Operating environment
