Complain forms

This form is intended for English-speaking consumers who have purchased their products directly from Lymed Oy. If the product was purchased from a retailer, the complaint must be made to that entity. Otherwise, you can make a complaint directly to Lymed by filling out this form. In cases of complaints, you can also contact our customer service directly.

Please select the appropriate form based on the nature of your complaint:

Product Complaint Form – if your complaint concerns a product, such as its quality, features, fit, material, labelling, packaging, or safety.
Service and Delivery Complaint Form – if your complaint concerns customer service, order processing, delivery, invoicing, or another service.
