Measuring Service and Store

Book an appointment by calling our customer service +358 20 779 2233 or by email info(a)lymed.fi. The duration of the measurement will be approx. 30 min to 1 hour. Depending on the situation and the product.
Please note that compression products should be measured in the morning.

Our address is Pyhäjärvenkatu 5, 33200 Tampere. Accessible parking spot is located in front of our store. More accessible parking spots can be found inside the courtyard. Entrance to our store is located on the street level.

To make the measurement as easy as possible, take with you any product recommendation or social assistance voucher you might have and wear easily removable clothes. Please let us know beforehand, if you need special assistance during your visit.

Our Store is open on weekdays from 8 am to 4 pm.
Telephone customer service is available on weekdays from 9 am to 3 pm.

New Measurement Fee Effective February 1, 2025

The measurement fee for Lymed products for private customers is €44.05 (incl. 25.5% VAT).

There is no separate charge for measuring Solidea products.

Products can be paid in our store when ordering or when picking up finished products. Payments options at our store are cash, wide range of debit and credit cards, Lymed gift cards or by invoice.
